Abstract

Selection the subject ((the apparentness of European universities in the Middle Ages))formed great importance as the European universities in the Middle Ages have had a prominent role in the evolution of the European Society for later and by vantage to these universities to show elements had a leading role in the leadership of the European society, and achieve quality and quantity skips in all aspects of life reflected in the European reality in duration located between eleventh and thirteenth centuries, as though these universities worked to consolidate the concepts that were prevalent in Europe during the Middle Ages to form A historic turning point for the subsequent periods starting from the Renaissance passed the modern era.
The research found a number of conclusions are as follows:
* Denial a lot of Europeans a vantage of the Arab-Islamic civilization in the genesis of European universities in the middle Ages.
* Gradual transformation that was an inevitable result of the evolution of the European Community, as it was this transformation of schools, monasteries and cathedrals to an academic institution.
