Steps for Research Article Submission for Journal Publication
The researcher must create an account on the journal platform using an official email issued by an accredited institution.
The researcher must upload the research paper via their personal account on the journal’s platform by filling in the required fields, including the abstract, title, and keywords, in both Arabic and English.
The submitted research article undergoes an initial review by the specialized technical editor to verify compliance with the journal’s publication requirements before conducting a plagiarism check.
If the research article does not comply with the journal’s publication guidelines, it will be returned to the researcher via the journal platform.
If the plagiarism percentage exceeds 20%, the paper will be sent back to the researcher for revision and reduction of the plagiarism rate.
If the research paper meets the publication guidelines and the plagiarism percentage is below the 20% threshold, the specialized editor will nominate reviewers.
The Editor-in-Chief will assign reviewers, allowing them seven days to review the article and submit feedback. Reviewers must submit feedback within the deadline, either as a document or as annotation on the manuscript.
The Editor-in-Chief will forward the reviewers’ comments and required modifications to the researcher, who must implement them within seven days and resubmit the revised article via the journal platform.
The Editor-in-Chief will receive the revised research article and forward it to the reviewers for a second review to confirm the modifications. If the reviewers approve the revisions, the researcher will be notified to proceed with the payment of publication fees. If the researcher fails to comply, the paper will be returned to the researcher for further modifications.
Upon completion the peer-review process, the research article will be forwarded to the specialized technical editor for final acceptance procedures.
The researcher must complete the publication fee payment and upload a soft copy of the payment receipt to the platform. Upon verification, the researcher will receive confirmation of both print and electronic publication approval.
