Abstract

The research aims to:
1-recognize the leadership behavior and personality traits coaches volleyball in Iraq.
2-Understand the relationship between leadership behavior and personality traits coaches volleyball in Iraq.
- The researchers used the descriptive manner Correlative method for the suitability of the nature of search and be the research community (76) as coach of the club volleyball in Iraq and two degrees excellent (A, B) and first class for the sports season 2015-2016, has been excluded (8) trainers for the application of the exploratory experience and consistency thus formed the sample (64) coach. And limited statistical means the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, simple correlation coefficient, average premise, t-test per sample Among the most prominent conclusions of the guardian Researchers:
1- coaches volleyball in Iraq enjoys a high degree of leadership behavior and personality traits from the standpoint of their athletes.
2-Conduct a variable leader associated with variable features personal trainers positively correlated. The research aims to:
