Abstract
This research paper discussed the theme of fringe in (Wafay’s) Kurdish poems, who is one the classical mystical Kurdish poets. In his poems (Wafay) discusses the beauty of fringe as a woman’s attractiveness. At the same time fringe has other meanings in his poemsas well. This research is divided into three parts. Part one is dedicated to fringe in thes tructure of (Wafay’s) poems. Part two discusses fringe as a symbol of mysticism. Part three of this research is devoted to discussing fringe as a sign of beauty in (Wafay’s) poems.In this research, a statistical method is used. The goal of this research is discussing the use and theme of fringe in (Wafay’s) poems.
