Abstract

The crimes of genocide that touch the human beings are regarded one of the most dangerous crimes against human beings. They involve the lives of man, freedom and rights. Those crimes compose what we call human crimes.
This subject deals with genocide crimes which had been done by the French colonial authorities in Algeria during its occupation to Algeria in 1830 which lasted to 130 years. The French authorities did a criminal plans to genocide the Algerians and they used all the possible opperssine procedures. This included all the groups of people without differentiating civilians, children, old people and women. The French authorities committed hundreds of massacres and used different means and punishing laws which object the laws and international laws and traditions, they called them, special laws.
For the multiple French crimes in Algeria in 1830 and their infinite number, but we are going to talk about some of them. One of them is the mass killing of people, stealing and looting and the genocide. The French did nuclear tests in the Algerian desert, they used the Algerian prisoners as a field of test for that purpose. Those tests yielded a health and environmental consequences till this day.
