Abstract

The purpose of research is to identify the physical activity level of management at the administrative departments of sports and school activities in some northern provinces, and compared to the level of physical activity among school districts and athletic activity in some northern provinces administration. Where researchers used the descriptive survey manner, and sample study consisted of (56) administratively in some northern governorates (Erbil, Kirkuk and Salah al-Din), the researchers used the form questionnaire as a means of collection information, was processing the data through statistical means, arithmetic mean, standard deviation percentage, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, analysis of variance, test (Duncan), by the program bag (spss). One of the main conclusions is very high level in the regulatory field with the administrators of the directorates of sports and school activities in some northern provinces in sports leagues administration, either the most important recommendations is the attention to the knowledge and information to increase the efficiency of administrators and moderators of sports leagues to keep pace latest new and developments in technology informatics
