Abstract
The term language measures is considered the first dictionary which tackles vocabulary depending on the idea of semantic branches. Although inspite of the remarks introduecd by (Ibin Durayed) in the book (Al-Eshtiqaq) to connect some utterances , sometimes, with a semantic meaning, however, making a basis for the idea of semantic sources and making a framework for it in the same way as that introduced by language measures was true for (Ibin Faris) who was indeed a pioneer in this regard, as well as, the system of (Altadweer) used for bringing about roots. The research tackles originating utterances which (Ibin Faris) did not provide a judgement about them, a part from those which did by referring them to a certain root origin or referred them to substitution or declared that they are irregular. It has become clear by using inducement of language measures that (Ibin Faris) accounted for the possibility of their being referring to some origin, at times without a reason. So the research is divided into two parts: the first deals with originating causal utterances which (Ibin Faris) did not judge them; wheras the second tackles originating the already mentioned utterances which (Ibin Faris) did not provide a judgement about them.
