Abstract

Keeping the Travers is consedered one of the most important resones of Islamic legistation aims. Thus, Allaah has prohbited the assault on the travers as the assault on blood and money.The punishment is imposed on anyone who harms the travers of the people , and the limits of some crimes such as adultery and defamation. Which is considered to be appropriate for every crime or case, which-called conscientious. Among these crimes, the punishment is conscientious (the crime of sexual harassment) This crime, which has increased in recent times in a remarkable manner, has become one of the problems and diseases prevalent alot nowadays, This study deals with the position of the Islamic legistation on this resky crime. This research consists of an introduction and three sections, which dealt with the nature of the sexual harassment crime, its forms, causes, elements and punishment. The research ended with the most important findings and the recommendations that I have been suggested .
