Abstract
The Amis of current research is to identify the difficulties faced by students in the Department of Geography in the subjectgeomorphologicalin light of the elements of the curriculum.The sample consisted from (70) male and female students from the second stagein year (2013-2014 AD) and by (35 males & 35 females) were selectedrandomly, and to achieve the goal of search requests preparing a questionnaire to measure the difficulties faced by students in the second grade in the Department of Geography and after the presentation to a group of gentlemen arbitrators in the jurisdiction of Educational and Psychological Sciences and teaching methods, consisted tool (43) items distributed to (5) elementsare: (objectives, content, teaching methods, and educational technology, and methods of evaluation) in its final form has been characterized by honesty and consistency, the researchers then applied to the sample, and after data collection and statistical analysis the researchers to find the following results:1. The level of difficulty of the geomorphological in males as general and all elements of (71%) were the females reached the level of difficulty (70%).2. There issimilarity in proportions of the difficulty in the elementsof (the goals, content, teaching methods, and educational technology, and methods of evaluation) to the members of the research sample according to gender (males and females).3. No statistically significant difference between the perspective of male and female in the difficulties they face in substance geomorphological variable depending on gender.The researchers apply a conclusions in the light of the results, and also forward a set of recommendations as well as some of the suggestions
