Abstract

Financial markets have developed considerably over the past few years, and there are types of financial transactions that were not known before. The purpose of these transactions is to manage and reduce liquidity risks. These transactions are financial derivatives that have begun to take a large share in financial markets.what is the purpose of the Islamic economy is the the islamization of financial transactions, which proved to be effective so that they have a place in the dealings of the banks of Western countries, we want in this research the statement of financial derivatives in terms of concept, types, and risks, and their compatibility or violation of Islamic law, and propose alternative solutions for them.
