Abstract
This search to explain the basic features for medical and healthy services to Jewish settlers in Palestine from Middle of 19th century to the British mandate finished in may 1948 establishing Israel stats , and turn about the Jewish settlers from physiotherapy medication to modern medical science, and opening tenth of modern hospitals and medical centers, and the sums which spent for medical activities to all Jewishmedicalassociations, and the finance aids which paying the British mandate government in that period. The search also taking the Jewsmedicalaassociationunity from the late ottoman period to British mandate and role each one in giving medical services for Jew settlers.
