Abstract

Imam Muhammad bin al-Hanafiyyah is Muhammad bin Ali bin Abi Talib. He have acquired his fame (Ibn al- Hanafiyyah) from his mother (Khawla bint Jaafar al-Hanafi), who she belongs to Banu Hanifa to distinguish him from his two brothers, Hassan and Hussein, the sons of Ali and his wife Fatima, may God pleased all of them.So he is their half-brother. Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyya have combined the perfection of masculinity, and merged in him the honor of lineage, due he is a kin of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the honor of knowledge, and the honor of bravery and herosim cause he was the holder of his father's war banner. The The scholars have considered him the most reliable man in the narration of the hadith from his father Ali, may God pleased him.Muhammad ibn al-Hanafiyyah had scientific views on belief, Tafsir, fiqh and hadith, and his views in fiqh which collected had formed about seventy views. The part of the book of Funerals and Zakat and fast had ten views, which I compared with other sayings of scholars with a weighting of them.
