Abstract

Abstract • I started the research by explaining the meaning of ijtihad language and terminology, and the meaning of fragmentation of ijtihad terminology, and explained the difference of view of the owners. • Then moved to the statement of doctrines in the fragmentation of ijtihad, and then introduced the doctrine of those who say the permissibility of fragmentation of ijtihad and their evidence, and reported on the consistency of speech to the doctrine of Navin to fragment ijtihad with the mention of their evidence and discussed the most correct ones. • Then the research ended with the most correct statement of doctrines. • Then the conclusion and the findings of this research.• Finally, sources and references.
