Abstract

The subject of this research is the repeated vocabulary in ( Turkmen Basic schools) in the intermediate stages and the comprehensive analysis of some of the principles pertaining to the Turkish curriculum.The issue of developing education in the Turkmen schools is a national project of the first degree because it is the key to advancement. It is the best way to modernize the role of the Turkmen because education is the safety valve for national and patriotic security. The development of education should be one of the priorities of the development plans of the Ministry of Education (Department of Turkmen Study ). A large part of its budget should be allocated to education spending. Therefore, the Ministry adopts modernization and development programs because of its basic role in establishing the Iraqi people, and to develop its own capacities and expanding its scientific and practical expertise.The teacher is practicing many roles associated with the work of education in the classroom or outside, which is in the exercise of these roles should move in multiple directions with colleagues, and all work as team spirit to complement their efforts to achieve the educational objectives to face many of the sorts of problems encountered during their work. The extrapolation of the history of nations and peoples, ancient and modern, can touch the truth of the fact that the measures of progress for any human society have never depended on the size of the nations and peoples of natural wealth or the material resources. As much as depends on the outcome of what it facilitates of human resources from men and women of ethics and conduct ,knowledge and skill produced by minds because ,the philosophy of progress - at any time and place - depends on the balance of human wealth and how to prepare and develop it to benefit from it. It Can only be by human being to apply science, develop technology, encourage cooperation and develop competition, the Factors which governing the nations and societies progress. Hence, the attention was given to the teachers and learners to achieve the goals of society and the development of human resources. Therefore, in this research, I have studied the problems with philosophical basis to solve the problems. The aim is to identify the problems experienced by students during academic years by taking the views of teachers, especially in the intermediate stages of the basic Turkmen schools, and to benefit from the suggestions and instructions of teachers regarding these problems. For example (number of lesson (period) hours) (the prolonged curricula, repetition of topics without getting a benefit of it, lack of dealing with the heritage and literature of Turkmen) - ( inaccuracy of choosing the questions in the general exams). In the end I hope that my effort in this research has provided a little for the Turkmen study by presenting problems with examples.
