Abstract

AbstractThe Islamic Sharia and Positive was given special importance to women at all times as a half of the society and an important part of its first nucleus, which is the family. However, it stressed its protection in times of armed conflict, because it is the weak party. This vulnerability is exploited in the absence of the breadwinner and the law at the same time. The protection of civilians in general and women in particular during armed conflicts so the law has addressed this protection and followed the approach of legislation and international conventions That come after it, and this is what we will discuss in this research to show how the protection provided by Islamic law for women during wars and how to address These laws protect.
