Abstract

ABSTRACT
The important aim of this research paper is to explore the complexities of translating financial phrases between English and Arabic, focusing on the cultural and contextual nuances inherent in each language. The look examines key phrases associated with numerous existing domain names, along with marriage (dowry), spiritual donations in temples and churches, academic costs, divorce settlements (alimony), felony fines, ransom for kidnappers, infant allowances, government taxes, financial institution loans, salaries from employers to employees, wages from master’s to worker's, and personal debts. By reading those phrases, the paper highlights the challenges that arise from differing cultural practices, financial systems, and linguistic systems. Its pursuits to provide insights into how those translations can be navigated more effectively, fostering greater knowledge and clarity in move-cultural verbal exchange. The findings underscore the need for translators to be attuned not handiest to the literal meanings of phrases but also to their broader social implications, thereby improving the accuracy and relevance of translations in various contexts.
