Abstract

The research dealt with the statement of both the special and the general in addition to the general specified in surat al-ahzab, as there are types of the specific and general , and kada does not hide the importance of knowing the specific and the general because their knowing leads to knowledge of the purposes of the sharia and the statement of what is intended from the legal costs of orders and prohibitions and others .The research was divided in to an introduction and three topics : the first topic : the definition of the special and its wisdom and formulas of the special, The second topic :definition of the allocated year and its condition. The third topic: the special and general types allocated in Surat Al-Ahzab. These indications are of great importance as they are one of the ways through which the objectives of the Sharia are understood. The great importance of the indications of words and their status in the life of the person charged with a duty is not hidden in terms of what is commanded and what is forbidden, what is specific to a certain group, and what is general and includes the general and other indications of words. An example of the general is the Almighty’s saying (Among the believers are men who have been true to what they pledged to Allah...).
