Abstract
The Assyrian problem is one of the major problems that Iraq faced during the royal era because of its great impact on the stability of the security and social situation at that time، especially since Iraq was new to the independence that was approved on October 3، 1932، and it had to prove to the whole world، especially the League of Nations، that it was up to the new responsibility and that Iraq was able to maintain its security and stability if the study aimed to explain the developments taking place now during that period and how the Iraqi government is working hard to preserve its gains. The study came from two chapters، the first of which dealt with the beginning of the displacement problem and the developments that accompanied it and the statement of foreign intervention in it. The second chapter dealt with the role of the Iraqi government in containing the crisis and eliminating its causes. The study relied entirely on translated Iraqi and British royal court documents، which those interested can view in the list of sources.
