Abstract

Abstract
Witnessing is one of the oldest ways of proof this was highly depended on in the ancient societies. However, When the societies began to widen this type of proof began to be less trusted due to its liability of lying and forge.
In this study the researcher tries to point out the case of withdrawing witness and the result of such a thing in two cases . first before issuing the legal judgment and second after pronouncing the judgment.
