The current paper entitled Marriage of Adultery Girl in Islamis Sharia sheds light on the principal reason behind forbidding adultery, as it is a vice morally and a sin religiously , and disgrace socially.

Since adultery is Widely spread in different societies including Islamic societies , the result is the increase of adultery children.
As a consequence , there was a need for Laws to organize the lives of these persecuted before they are born , and bear others guilt . The present paper handles this topic jurisprudent and illustrates the views of different scholars with their evidences validating due most sensible ones through justification and proofs.
