Abstract
The current study tries to shed light on the different possibilities of elision in Iraqi Turkmen . Elision of consonants - historical ( established ) and contextual-will be dealt with . Elision of vowels ,in native and non-native words , will also be covered with enough examples . The study will be concluded with conclusions and references .
