Abstract

Abstract

The verbs of hearts are not effective , for nothink of their subject has reached anyone else because they are the things that take place inside the subject's self , and their meanings exist in the heart and are related and are related to it due , the fact that these verbs are produced by the heart and not the limbs or organs . For instance , if you say "I have known that Zaid is standing ; it means that you have proved the action of standing in your knowledge and you have conveyed nothing to Zaid's self . Such things are either knowledge or guess or doubt .
After mentioning the meaning of the verbs we referred to their deletion in advanced , middle , and late cases . we have seen that the grammarians of Basrah prevent the worning of these verbs contrary to the grammarians of Kufa who talk of their possibility .
We have seen that the reason behind accepting and deletind these verbs by the grammarians lies in the strength and weakness of the verbs.
And then we meantioned the suspension of these verbs. The grammarians make deleting their function compulsory in the case of existence of a verbal hanidrance , whereas they have neglected the meaning completely . it is our belief that when the Arab speaker was deciding the working or deletion or suspension or the verb he was concerned only whith its working element that was found by the grammarians later on . when Arabians act with , cancel or suspend, he wasn't influence with the factor or put it on his conceder's , but interested with the meaning because he didn't know that factor's which founded by linguists.
