Democracy in an Arab World faces a real crisis , because it is remained within slogans frame work , far from real exercising of actual politics .
The democratic experiments in Arab World which its ruling systems came after revolutions and uprisings, viewed the civilization , political and social development depending upon a single authority aspect in its philosophy to humanitarian development in all its appearances.
It is obvious that democracy depends on freedom is considered as an essential prerequisite to achieve the democratic application for the ask of enlighting the people with all kinds of democracy before exercising it .
The dialectical relationship between democracy and freedom formed crucial danger to the ruling dictatorship systems .
As mentioned above , the application of the democracy needs high conscious and tangle steps should be taken by authoritative ruling systems in Arab World by imparting people its real role as active device to choice who represents them truly in presidency , parliament and municipality councils .
