Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research tries to explain what we mean by copy of humanbody which means to from two or more creatures without sexual intercourse between two parties , each of them has inherited copy from other or it is birding live creature or more , either by transforming genetics from body cell to egg without seeds , or by dividing egg in the stage which give distinguished organs and cell.
The copy of humanbody is much cleared and accurated than birding , the former term carries donation of natural birding among living creatures through sexual contact between male and female , while the production in copy of humanbody operation is the same creatures who got from him cell while the birding carries donation of creatures in plants.
The Muslim jurists are differed upon it, though Islam declared what's right or wrong ,the basic differences in valuing achieved interests and corruptions which came from of humanbody operation and also the contrast in interpreting the sharia texts and basic jutisprcedence related to them.
We declared the sources and testimonies of supporters and protesters of copy of humanbody which Islam regarded it as offence and breach to god's well.
Most foreign states like as France ,Germany and Switzerland issued laws and legal orders to prohibited the copy of humnbody operations and imposed upon the breaches ,prison and fin.
This issue internationalized by regional and international organizations, in which they decided to band it and considered it as anti-moral issue.
