This research deals with criminal responsibility and scope of human endurance in committing this crime or not the controversy upon this subject is still going on among researchers , tourists and philosophers and various trends particularly between.compulsory.trends.and.optional.trend .

The reason of dispute and conflict go to the on its views and attitudes regarding this new and old subject . from this point , the research tries to answer collection of questions related to this subject and expose views of each trends through the proofs which they used to realize its ideas so as to get contented public opinion in its society till to become the prevailing trend in social framework and interclass , scientists and interpretors , on the light what they present scientific data or field studies which are far from precedent valued rules or deduce analysis based on logical and philosophical considerations
Although the disparity of principles and trend the research proceeded to study this subject but it agreed in aim , to reach the reality about the solution of one of one of these cases which became place of intellectual arguments among diver schools theories and theories which discussed by research for sake of reaching to common understanding and to form legal base , its rule enlarges to include all what it faces of duties and to contain the divers practices in individual cases which can not be restricted in present and future , so as to baled to draw definite conduct and to absolute assinment for people to follow it ,for the sake of ordain the disciplinary in society, to achieve the harmony and accord in it.
