Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research aims to : 1- measuring the levels of social and personal adjustment and levels of aspirations of Kirkuk Technicals Institute 2- knowing the relationship between them .
The researcher prepared scale for aspiration level from (40) items, and used (Al-Sakaf , 1998) scale for social and personal adjustment .
After extracting the validity and rebility of both scales, they were applied on the sample of (210) students .
The results showed that levels are higher than hipothitic avarge in both scales, and nagitive relation is found between the variables .
