The Concepts are very important to the mental life. They introduce for as the world in such terms which enable the learner to learn easily. These concepts make ease understanding, interpretation, predication of behaviour and they can be regarded an essence of smart behaviour. Well as they help to transmit experiences to and got benefit of their experiences
But although there are many studies in this field to treat the matter of lack in scientific concepts.
According to the previous lines, the researcher with study the problem of acquiring concepts through the use of Gange's model that it may help to solve the lack in acquiring chemical concepts by "fifth class scientific students ".
To be sure of this experimentally, the researcher chose the experimental design of partial controlling of two groups (experimental and monitoring). He has chosen two classes randomly, and group (B) became experimental and studied according to Gagne’s model. The group (C) was studied to the normal method, which was chosen from one of Kirkuk’s prepartories, equivalence has been made in order to set the variables and for knowing the influence of the method only, the sample reached after equivalence (78) students.
The requirements of the research have prepared and one of them is research tool (scores test) for measuring the extent in acquiring the chemical concepts. The plan was applied in the second term of 2005- 2006 for the three chapter (fifths, sixths, and seventh). After the end of the experiment period, the researcher applied the scores test. And after analyzing the results of statistical significance and for the sake of the experimental group which has been studied according to Gagne’s model. In the light of the result of the research, the researcher has recommended with the importance of using Gang's model when teaching the chemical concepts in fifth class scientific students and to let teacher in schools know its influence.
