Abstract

Abstract

Personal traits of Workers in some Occupational Environments

The aim of the researcher is to investigate the relationship between personal traits and some occupational Environment . The researcher , there for , has chosen a number of Engineers , Artists , Physicians , Lowers , and Accountants to understand their personal traits by using the sixteen factor-Cattle's scale of traits and the formula of Kuder-Richardson using SPSS . The results have shown that engineers are characterized by seriousness and limited intelligence and the artists are characterized by cunning in addition to tension and physicians by social isolation , fear and quick anger in spite of their intelligence and lawyer by cunning , reality and adventure , while accountants are characterized by organization , Seriousness and emotional stability .
