Abstract

Because of the important role for the Educational Counselor, For the success of Educational Counseling to get the full benefit the Educational goals which is done by the social Philosophy. All the aspects which has a connect to make the education Counselee be succeeded including the Psychological Adjustment for Educational Counselor. If the Adjustment is lacked, the Counselors cant do what is supposed to do. No one expect from alack in Educational Counselor to have a good students if he has no Adjustment with himself and with the others.
the Psychological balance and the Adjustment of the Educational Counselor as wall as his intelligence, all these factors lead to increase in production. The Adjustment Educational Counselor with himself and the other is more able to influence on his students and to help them achieve the best results. As the lack in cleverness could be seen in lack of Adjustment.
Intelligence is like a mirror and the chief mean to express the ideas and communicate with others. For this reason, Intelligence is very important and it is possible to measure it by using Intelligence skills.
This importance for Adjustment make it essential to realize its relation with the Intelligence in all its aspect.
The goal of this researcher is to answer of the following questions:
1- The level of Psychological Adjustment for the education counselors according to sex?
2- The level of in Intelligence for the education counselors according to sex?
3- Is there any relation between Psychological Adjustment and Intelligence for male?
4- Is there any relation between Psychological Adjustment and Intelligence for female?
5- Is there any difference between Psychological Adjustment and Intelligence according
to sex?
To achieve the goals of this researcher, these materials had been used:
1- The Scale of Psychological Adjustment by (Al-Noami 2ooo).
2- Sequences Intelligence group test by (Raven).
After find psychometric properties to measure Psychological Adjustment, it was achieved with (Raven) test on (80) male and female from Kirkuk governorate.
After the mathematical processes by using (t-test, two separate, and person theories).
The conclusion:
1- The male and female Education counselors had a good Psychological Adjustment and
Intelligence product.
2- There is a positive relation between Psychological Adjustment and Intelligence
product in general for both male and female.
3- The relation between Psychological Adjustment and general Intelligence is very close
for bath male and female and this leads to a conclusion that there is on relation for
sex between Psychological Adjustment and Intelligence.
According to this, I have many recommendation and suggest many future studies.
