Abstract-
The researcher tries to understand the complication between , the religion and the politics upon the concept of rejection " Al-Radh" through contemporary Islamic thought , which aims to harmonize between classical Islamic rules and moderinties of age , by distinguishing between constants (=Dogma) and variables (=Actual jurisprudence ) , the first dependa on celestial revelation while the other depends on man reason and thought erected on jurisprudence basis which extracts from Quran and Suna .
