Abstract
The present paper aims at knowing the instructional efficiencies required for male and female teachers in preparing stage in Kirkuk .
To achieve the goal of the paper , the researcher chose a random sample composed of (22) male and female teachers namely (10) male teachers and (12) female teachers .
The researcher has made a questionnaire for the required instructional efficiencies to the Arabic language teachers , it's items reached to (21) distributed on three levels . The researcher has depended up on the previous studies in preparing the means taking in eye consideration preparing conditions of validity and reliability
The researcher used statistical means to analyse the data one of theses , percentage , presupposed average , pearson joining factor . The most prominent result of this paper was : the level of instructional efficiencies for male and female Arabic language teachers of a high statistical significance .
In the light of the paper results , the researcher has recommended a number of results and recommendations .
