Abstract

Abstract
The present paper aims at reaching a clear philosophical vision for Iraqi teacher for fulfilling this aim , the paper includes four chapters represented by the following :

Chapter one includes the problem of the study , what encounters the Iraqi teacher since his educational philosophy is not apparent , the importance of this paper , the need of such a work , the aim of this paper , procedures of the paper and to limit terms.

The problem of this paper lies in that the Iraqi teacher suffers from missing the clearness of educational philosophy . The Iraqi society faces different changes such as: sociological , economical , educational , and political . There still education in Iraq characterized by confusing in determining its philosophy , policy and aims , because the struggle found in among the different schools of thoughts . The educational syllabi which are offered by teachers preparing institutes and colleges of education which are specialized to prepare future teachers in the field of education philosophy . these syllabi did not help the Iraqi teacher to develop a philosophical educational thought which composes a frame to his work on the national or native level . and to establish on have been fore mentioned , there has been a necessity to achieving this study for accomplishing the aim of the study and characterize future vision for the suggested educational philosophy of the Iraqi teacher .
While chapter two dealt with the teacher according to man made educational philosophies and consists of six sections .
Chapter three dealt with the educational philosophy for the teacher in the Arabic Islamic inherit and it includes four sections. The researcher has tackled the major Moslem teacher and educators.
Chapter four consists of the suggested educational philosophy for the Iraqi teacher (future vision ) and consisted of two sections .
Finally , the researcher tackled after that what can be called " recommendations and suggestions " , they are considered as the fruit of a humble effort to what the paper contains of chapters speech went past about them .
