Abstract

ABSTRACT
Research provides analysis and evaluate of the level of application and documentation requirements for quality (ISO 9001: 2000), compared with the quality system adopted at the cement plant Kirkuk (sample search) in order to diagnose and analyze the gap between the reality in the lab over the requirements of quality management system and identify the most important reasons for this gap and develop some recommendations Appropriate for their application.
The research was based on descriptive and analytical approach of the lists of questions during the examination (checklist) in order to obtain accurate indicator of the level of conformity with those requirements, as a research is the absence of documentation and the actual application of most lab activities and branches of the non-application of quality management system in a holistic and effective. The overall requirement of the specification standard by (47.4%) after the rate is the actual application amounted to (52.6%), which calls for the need to adopt the standard specification (ISO 9001: 2000) as a tool to improve quality in a sample search
