Abstract
The United States of America becomes the dominant power on the world soon after the end of cold war and arranged the world to meet its economical and political interests as it is clear with what did in former Yugoslavia , Afghanistan and Iraq, with no attention to their dominion, moreover extending North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Mid-Europe towards Russian Federal Republic.
This research aim to answer the main question : What are the extents and goals of the strategic plan of the United States in the Arabian countries? The research depends on the hypothesis : “The international variables gon with the end of cold war played a role in increasing the importance of Arabian countries in the strategic cognition of the United States , so it takes the advantage to use the opportunity resulting out of these variables to control Arabian region beginning with Iraq”.
The research results approved the hypothesis according to:
1- The United States used every possible facility including military power to control Arabian countries.
2- The United States used to be the only power in the Arabian region specially the Arabian Gulf.
3- The United States considered the security of Gulf area correlated with its National security.
4- American strategic cognition focused on the vital importance of Iraq as the base point to move towards the Arabian area and for this overcome Iraq challenging the International legislation.
