Abstract
The Holy Quran is the primary source of Islamic Legislation, which is realistic in all the tenets and provisions that it carries because it is God's speech whose knowledge encompasses everything. Therefore, the Almighty had made it the ultimate of this legislations whose miracles and donations are unceasing. Thus when this eternal, miraculous and realistic book does not violate any permanent scientific development is realistic when it denies superstitions and ignorance which have scientific or intellectual bases.
The Holy Quran is realistic when it focuses on reason and science and recommends meditation and brooding. It is realistic in all its jurisprudence and social legislations and when it allows those things which conform to the sound intuitions and it protects the righteous manner and right moralities.
This paper falls into two sections, where the researcher focuses on the realism in the Holy Quran when it is seen that the prophets (peace be upon them) deal realistically with people, and in the Almighty's legislations and in its realistic analyses of the human psyches selves.
And in its realistic tackling of the historical events, medical facts, and in depicting of creatures manners through analysing selected samples from the Quranic verses.
