Abstract

ABSTRACT

The paper tackles the reasons behind Ottoman Empires issuing a journal called k, Justice Doctrines , in the second haif of the nineteenth law items mixing between Islamic Shariaa and positive law . Hence , the journal was as a logical response for a persistent question always posed : was it possibl to present an Islamic civic law that wauld meet the eras demands , The mastermind behind planning and implementing this law was the jurisprudent and Ottoman hisorian Ahmet Jawdat pasha . This law was applied in the Ottoman Empire since its firt issue in 1876 till the first halt of twentieth century in syria Lebanon , and Iraq , besides Turkey , The Arab countries carried on applying this law after their independence .
