Abstract

Abstract
This Study deals with " The political and military importance of mukluk's state emergence in Egypt and Syria". That emergence witnessed hard circumstances represented by first, increasing the relying of sultan el-salih najm el-din Ayoub (638-647A.H/1240-1250A.D)on mukluk princes in military jobs within the Ayoubiain army. Second, the success of those mamluk princes in defending on Egypt against the seventh military crusade in el-mansura battle (647A.H/1250A.D). That battle brought the mamluk princes to the rule of Egypt, moreover Toran sha`s denial for mamluks ` efforts during that battle, led mamluk princes to kill him(647A.H/1250A.D) . That events created a hostile attitude by another Ayoubiain prince in Syria against mamluk princes and their state which they declared after that event . However, that attitude ended after Mongol's conquest to Islamic east, and failure of all Ayoubiain princes and the khalifate (640-656A.H/1240-1258A.D) efforts to face that conquest upon Islamic east . Consequently, the mamluk princes succeeded in decreasing the mongol`s danger upon Syria in Ein jaloot (660A.H/1260 A.D). after that battle mamluk state was able to save the Muslim well-being in the Islamic east.
