Abstract
The Iraqi historical authoresses reflected political-administrative concessions of Kurdistan under the Ottoman rule, by referring numerous to the Kurdish entities. This mentioned in different forms, like: "principality" &"government". But the Kurdish rulers were called: "Emir" &"Hãkim/ governor" &"Mutassarif". And thy have a title of "pasha" in many times. The Iraqi historiographers take a positive attitude towards those Kurdish emirs whom had good relations with the Ottomans, and contrarily. The authors in different positions describe them as braveries. And remark the military importance of Kurdish troops.
In the other side, the Iraqi historiographers don’t offer actual image about the Kurdish uprisings which happened in this era. Because most of these historiographers were represent Ottoman view point. But they pointed clearly the violence manner which subordinate to oppressing these uprisings. Also these authoresses don’t offer any information about historical events of Kurdistan without its relations with the Ottomans or Iranians. Except Yãsìn al-Ûmaries authoresses, this suffused with internal events of Kurdistan in the Ottoman era. Especially in his tow books: (Gharãib al-Àthar) &(al-Ãthãr al-jalìya).
