Abstract


The poetical play is new type, whom the researcher talks in this research through the existent legend in.
The poet researcher Ali Mahmood Taha had been chosen in the play (Fourth Wind song) a sample to his research.
The research consist of three researches,
The first on is talks about poetical play art, and the definition of legend and fable.
The second research about brief biography of the poet Ali mahmood Taha and most important poetical productions.
The third research talks about the element legend, which existent in the legend of (Fourth wind song), and in the end of the research he refer to the importance negatives which the research discovered artistic point of view.
