Praise be to God the lord of realms, God blessing and peace be up on our sovereign Mohamed , his relatives and companions altogether.
This Subject consider as sociological necessity need , because it depend on reading the reality, and to bring down legitimacy verdicts in it according to it, in order to left the embarrassment and demand the easiness, truly this is one of five great rules, which consider the pillars law of Islam that which build up on it the most of jurisprudence rules, and graduate from this rule all the legal permissions whom God his majesty legislated as a mercy to his slaves, and to be levity for these whom charged with for one of reasons, which as long as it is requested this levity , because difficulty and embarrassment are negation legal.
