The reserch try to show the real water ausbiguity between the three countries (turkey,Syria and iraq)and that to behave on the situation nature which related first by the legal side and second by the political side,and how the political side is dangerous and his effects on the leigal side whice become seem unworked by so as the water projectswhich related to political side and the other become dangerous on the leigal side and economic and social.so as the controlling on the water resources swrrounded to the level of ration,s relation to the partener,s nations the subject of reserch which didn,t growup (the relationship)to ambiguity level of her nations which has the nationalization heritage partener.
