The problem of palestinian refugees is regarded as one of the enormous problems that the Arabic area witnessed after the end of Palestine war 1948 .
The entitled paper "The report of general secretary of united nations Dack Hummer should about the problem of Palestinian refugees may, 15th,1959"(an analytic study ) tries to define the problem of Palestinian refugees and the attempts of united nations in solving it through the issning of decisions that ensure the freedom of Palestinian refugees in choosing return to Palestine or compensation for those who do not return . In addition to the committees and boards that home been established by the United Nations to achieve those decisions such as: International
Achieuement Committee and Unorwa Committee .
