Abstract

The importance of this research in the preparation exercises balance motor, emotional and identify its impact on the performance skills of rolling back on the balance beam, while the research problem lies in the difficulty of the performance of the basic skills Paljmanacetk technical and ones that require balancing kinetic whether balanced fixed or moving, so felt researcher studying these The problem is to find ways to improve for the better and to develop exercises to develop the recipe equilibrium kinetic and emotional and see its effect on the performance of the skill of rolling back on the balance beam, and the objective of this research to determine the impact of exercise stomach in the balance kinetic and equilibrium emotional, and assumed a researcher there were statistically significant differences between the tests before and after the balance kinetic and equilibrium emotional and in the interest of the post test, there were statistically significant differences between the tests before and after the technical performance of the skill rolling back on the balance beam, was chosen as the sample way intentional, students from the fourth stage in the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls / University of Baghdad, for the academic year (2010 -2011 m), and of their number (156) students dividers to six people (a, b, c, d, e, f) to form a community of origin, then the researcher selected sample randomly and in a way the draw, as was selected Division ( e) of (20) students were selected (18) students to sample the final gain of (11.53%) of the community of origin, and used the tools of statistical (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, test ((T for the samples associated with, percentage), and concluded the researcher The methodology used to develop the kinetic balance a positive effect on the emotional equilibrium among students, and circulate recommended the use of dynamic balance exercises in artistic gymnastics skills education for the students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls on a balance beam.
