Abstract

There are many examples of ancient and modern history of heads of state and leaders, who have valid group of advisers, to benefit from them in access to the fact, (including internal and external, etc..,( pursued to correct opinion and on the basis of which issued right decisions, their country blessing stability and progress, the Salahaddin (567_589A.H/ _1160 1174 A.D) was one of those leaders who had been consulting trusted scholar in his era, the advice to them is one of the most important factors of his victories.
