Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of systemic thinking among educational counselors in the Kirkuk Governorate Center and to identify statistically significant differences according to the social variable (males - females). The number of counselors was (204) male and female counselors, and the research sample consisted of (120) male and female educational counselors, with (60) male counselors and (60) female educational counselors
The researcher relied on the (Al-Sabati and Salem Abdul Hamid-2014) scale, which consists of (47) items and has a five-point scale, and the items were distributed across (5) dimensions. Then the scale was applied to the research sample, which was chosen randomly. After collecting the data, the researcher used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) The research results showed (1) that educational counselors have a high percentage of systems thinking (2) There are no statistically significant differences between educational counselors according to the gender variable. In light of the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions
